HORRIFYING! Moscow teens decapitate man, use his head for a soccer ball

Two teenage boys in eastern Moscow were detained by police a week ago for allegedly decapitating a homeless man and using his head for sport. Russian news website, RIA Novosti citing a press statement, reported that the teenagers took a “sudden dislike” to the homeless man. One of the suspects allegedly cut the man’s head off before they scalped it and then kicked it around like a soccer ball. Kano court sentences two to death over murder

Nigeria courts are handing out more death sentences, despite the negative blowback from the international community following the executions of four prisoners in Edo State. A Kano State High Court on Monday reportedly sentenced two men to death by hanging after they were convicted for murdering a businessman in 2005. Both suspects were charged in court in 2007 with conspiracy and murder. Nigeria’s military on Monday brought 18 security operatives before a court martial in Plateau State where they were charged with aiding terrorist organization Boko Haram. Punch newspapers reports that security operatives were part of the Joint Task Force‘s Operation Restore Order in Borno State and the Special Task Force‘s Operation Safe Haven in Plateau State. At least 175 inmates are on the loose in Akure, the Ondo State capital, where a gang of 50 criminals reportedly staged a daring jailbreak on Sunday morning. Lagos state have reportedly arrested two suspects who are buying blood from cash-strapped high school students for as low as N1,000 and selling it for profit. P.M. Vandals cause pipeline explosion in Lagos

A pipeline explosion was reported in Lagos on Wednesday after suspected oil vandals ruptured a pipeline belonging to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation at Akinbo Island. Man charged in court for allegedly raping, beating and posting nude photos of UNILAG girlfriend online

Lagos State police are investigating Babajide Bashoroun, a 22-year old man accused of raping a female UNILAG undergrad and posting post-attack nude photos of the victim online.
