A young mother and her baby have sustained life-altering injuries after a reckless driver behind the wheels of a police van ran over both of them in Apapa, Lagos. Witnesses say the police officer had been driving at top speed, in the wrong direction on a one-way street in the Oshodi-Apapa area when the accident occurred, according to family members who spoke to Sahara Reporters. Delaware police have arrested Frank J. Short for throwing his semen onto the back of a 20-year old female shopper at the local Walmart in New Castle. Short, 22, who was arrested Tuesday afternoon, told police that he thought the woman “was hot”, his explanation for the bizarre assault. Governor Lamido’s son convicted of false declaration of foreign currency in Kano

Aminu Lamido, son of Jigawa State governor, Sule Lamido, learned that the hard way after he was convicted by a Federal High Court in Kano on Friday for false declaration of foreign currency on him while travelling abroad. The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Jigawa State have reportedly arrested a 10-year old boy for allegedly stealing half a million naira from his own mother. Reuters – A Lebanese manager of a construction company was kidnapped by gunmen during an attack in which three soldiers were wounded, the military and a security official said Tuesday. Ondo State police have arrested 25-year old Wasiu for allegedly beheading his friend, 22-year old Joshua Fadeyi, for a money-making ritual. Delta State police have re-arrested two convicted robbery suspects who fled an Asaba court room on Monday after they were found guilty of conspiracy and armed robbery.
