So, it would seem it’s not all work and no play for Olympians getting ready for the 2012 Olympics in London.

In a recent interview with ESPN magazine, USA women’s soccer goalie, Hope Solo, revealed a “down and dirty” Olympic secrets.

According to Solo, the Olympic Village, in between rigorous training, is a hub of sexual activity.

“There’s a lot of sex going on,” Solo said.

“With a once-in-a-lifetime experience, you want to build memories, whether it’s sexual, partying or on the field,” Solo said.

The athlete also adds that there’s very little discretion with the venues for such rendezvous.

“I’ve seen people having sex right out in the open. On the grass, between buildings, people are getting down and dirty.”
