The two former allies might have split in a very public divorce, but perhaps not all love is lost between Nigerian top entertainer, D’Banj, and former business partner, Michael “Don Jazzy” Collins.
The “Oliver Twist” singer, in a somewhat surprising move, took to the twittersphere to wish the former Mo’Hits boss, Don Jazzy, all the best on the launch of his new music label, Mavin Records.
D’Banj, now signed with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music label, tweeted:
Congrats to my brother and the best producer in Africa Don jazzy on the launch ofhis new Record Label, MAVIN RECORDS. Wish u all the best.

Don Jazzy, on Monday, announced the birth of the new record label and the release of its debut album featuring new signee Tiwa Savage. The 13-track album, titled “Solar Plexus”, hits the net on the Mavin forum, exclusively available to members of the Mavin league.
The multiple award winning producer’s new venture with the brand new label caps off the tumultuous end for his previous label Mo’Hits. Now both music stars seem to be working hard at repairing the damaged relationship.
Don Jazzy replied, via twitter to D’Banj’s well wishes, saying:
