Music is indeed universal and this YouTube video of 13-year-old Iranian girl performing Adele’s “Someone Like You” proves it. It was posted on YouTube by user Smerdiis who wrote: “Tara is a 13 year old girl in Iran, she has started singing for a year”.

The singing starts some 40 seconds in and teen Iranian singer Tara Sahali has got a set of pipes on her. She also performs a cover of a Christina Aguilera track, “You Lost Me” on her YouTube channel. Definitely check her out.
