Beyoncé Knowles is reportedly completing six mini-workouts a day in a bid to lose her baby weight.
The American singer gave birth to her first child, daughter Blue Ivy, last month. It’s been claimed she put on 28lbs. while pregnant and although she is keen to get back to her original shape she isn’t pushing things.
Beyoncé is putting Blue first, so only exercises when the baby is asleep. These mini-sessions are all presided over by the star’s trainer.
“Beyonce’s doing 20-minute workout sessions every time Blue naps,” a source told the UK edition of Grazia magazine. “They range from doing gentle Pilates to ten minutes of squats, or a few lunges.”
Although the 30-year-old is hitting the treadmill again, she isn’t ashamed of her new curves.
She recently stepped out in New York City with her husband Jay-Z for the first time since they became parents. Beyoncé opted for a tight-fitting, bright red Temperley dress and was also seen out and about in a figure-hugging black sequin number by Monique Lhuillier.
