Woman sues New York city officials for $900 trillion

A New York woman is suing New York city officials, claiming her children were wrongly taken into foster care and demanding $900 trillion in the federal lawsuit.

Fausat Ogunbayo, 46, said child welfare services had violated her civil rights and those of her children and is demanding the whopping 15-figure payout in damages.

Administration for Children Services ruled in mid-2008 that Ogunbayo was unfit to care for her children – now aged 13 and 16 – due to mental health problems, according to Digital Spy.

Ogunbayo, says the removal of her children from her custody was unlawful and argued in her complaint, filed last week at a District Court in Brooklyn, that she is mentally stable, accusing government officials of “recklessly disregarding” her “right to family integrity” and causing emotional distress to her sons.

New York City officials are yet to respond to Ogunbayo’s lawsuit.
